PRODUCT DETAILS
• Finish: Titanium Steel
• Hypoallergenic & Tarnish Proof
• Dimensions: Approximately 5.5mm
• Design will come in all CAPITAL LETTERS.
• Adjustable between 16-18 inches (includes a 2-inch extender)
• The initials are spaced approximately one inch apart from each other.
• Initials are off-centered to the left side (your right when worn) unless requested to be centered.
• The diamond will be placed before the initials unless otherwise specified.
• The initials are designed to face the same direction when laid flat, unless there is a specific request.
• For our heart initials design, the heart will be placed between two initials. However, if there are more than two initials, the heart will be positioned at the end of the sequence unless there is a specific placement requested
• Max 4 Initials & Symbols Per Necklace. Order the 2nd Necklace to Layer if you need more initials!

Please note that as each piece is custom hand-made to your requested design, it may take up to 7 business days to be made. You will be updated throughout the process. You can choose your shipping option at checkout, which will be calculated on top of the crafting process
Cleaning Guidelines:
• All fabric backdrops (including Wrinkle Free, Essential Stretch, and Silicone-edge varieties) are machine washable using cold water
• For silicone-edge backdrops, use only clear liquid detergent to prevent staining
• All fabrics are dryer-safe on low heat settings
Wrinkle Release Tips:
• Refresh backdrops by tumbling in dryer for 10 minutes on low heat with a damp washcloth
• Use a handheld steamer for quick touch-ups
• Simply stretch and secure backdrop tightly when hanging - the flexible fabric naturally smooths itself
Storage Solutions:
All fabric backdrops fold compactly for organized storage and easy transportation, ready to deploy at your next shoot without fuss.

Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive with manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Please email service@layoris.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Wrinkle-Free Fabric is highly wrinkle-resistant and stays smooth even after folding. It is quick and easy to set up by clipping, pinning, or taping in place, offering durability and a professional finish that photographers can rely on for long-term use.
Essential Stretch Fabric is elastic and form-fitting, providing a snug, polished appearance. It installs easily, making it ideal for quick setups, versatile scenes, everyday use, travel, or multi-scenario shoots, and it is compatible with Silicone Edge Frame Systems. Both fabrics are machine washable using cold water and low-heat drying.
SEG backdrops should avoid detergent pods and use clear liquid detergent to prevent marks. To refresh a backdrop before use, steam or tumble dry with a damp cloth for about ten minutes on low heat to remove any creases.
