At Layoris, all our backdrops are made to order, crafted with care and attention to detail to meet your unique specifications.

Because of this personalized production, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

If your order arrives with defects, damage, or other issues, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and unused, unless defective.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
  • To request a return, customers must contact our support team first and provide order number and photos of the issue.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your backdrop for a larger size of the same design, we can accommodate your request, provided the original backdrop is unused.

  • Exchanges are limited to the same design for the backdrop.
  • Any size upgrades may require additional payment, depending on material and production costs.
  • If you have a high-resolution design, we can print it on the new backdrop for a fully customized look.
  • Frames cannot be exchanged.

Refunds

Since each backdrop is made to order, we do not accept standard refunds or returns for reasons other than defects, damage, or other issues upon delivery.

Refunds for defective or damaged products will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will cover the product cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for items damaged or defective upon delivery.
