Processing Time

Printed Backdrops: All printed backdrops are custom made to order and require 7 days for processing before shipment.

FlexFrame System & SwiftFrame Cake Smash System: These items require approximately 2 weeks due to production time. Please allow extra time when planning your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx Ground, or DHL.
Standard delivery: 20–25 days. (Excluding processing time)
Expedited delivery: 10–15 days. (Excluding processing time)
Please note that shipping delays are beyond our control.

Expedited Orders

Expedited printing services are available for an additional fee of $10–$50, depending on order size and required delivery time.
Expedited orders are processed within 2 business days from the time the expedited request is submitted.
FlexFrame System and SwiftFrame Cake Smash System cannot be expedited due to their production requirements (2–3 weeks).
Additional fees may apply, and shipping delays cannot be controlled.

Partial Orders

Orders containing different materials will be shipped separately.
For orders with the same material but multiple sizes, separate shipments may be determined based on quantity.
If special circumstances apply, we will notify you via email.
All items in your order will be delivered.

International Shipping & Duties

Layoris ships worldwide.
If international shipping options are not available at checkout, contact service@layoris.com for assistance.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are assessed independently by your local authorities.
We declare a reasonable item value to help minimize potential fees.
