What Size is Recommended?

Our backdrops are available in a range of sizes to suit different photography needs. We recommend the 84×60" or 90×60" size for cake smash sessions, 8×6' for children around 4–5 years old, and 10×7' for slightly older kids. For families, adults, or group portraits, the 12×8' or 10×8' sizes provide the best coverage and balance. The 60×50" option is ideal for newborn sessions, while our Petite (40×36") backdrops are perfect for overhead newborn prop photography.

Color Variation With Mixed Materials:

Please note that colors may appear slightly different when the same design is printed on different materials.
If you plan to use multiple pieces of the same design together, we recommend ordering them in the same material, size, and at the same time to ensure color consistency.
By purchasing the same design in different materials and/or sizes, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of slight color variation.
Refunds, exchanges, or returns will not be accepted due to color differences between sets.

Do you ship Internationally?

Layoris provides international shipping services to most countries worldwide.
If an international shipping option is not available at checkout, please reach out to us at service@layoris.com for assistance.
Please be aware that additional customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery, which are charged independently by your local authorities.

What is your return/exchange/cancellation policy?

Our backdrops and mat floors are custom printed to order based on your selected size, material, and artwork. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with other issues, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting our support team at service@layoris.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Customs Duties / Taxes / Fees

Our company is based in China. For international customers, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s import regulations and postal laws. These charges are not included in your order total and are assessed by your local authorities upon delivery.
We do our best to assist by declaring a reasonable item value to help minimize potential fees. For more details or questions about import charges, please contact your local customs or postal office.

What is the difference between Wrinkle Free Fabric and Essential Stretch Fabric?

Wrinkle-Free Fabric is highly wrinkle-resistant and stays smooth even after folding. It is quick and easy to set up by clipping, pinning, or taping in place, offering durability and a professional finish that photographers can rely on for long-term use. 
Essential Stretch Fabric is elastic and form-fitting, providing a snug, polished appearance. It installs easily, making it ideal for quick setups, versatile scenes, everyday use, travel, or multi-scenario shoots, and it is compatible with Silicone Edge Frame Systems. Both fabrics are machine washable using cold water and low-heat drying. 
SEG backdrops should avoid detergent pods and use clear liquid detergent to prevent marks. To refresh a backdrop before use, steam or tumble dry with a damp cloth for about ten minutes on low heat to remove any creases.

Printed Backdrop Orientation:

All of our printed backdrops are listed using the US Customary Measurement System and will be printed in landscape orientation, as shown in the square and rectangular crop images. Measurements using the symbol " are in inches, while measurements using ' are in feet.
All products are listed as width × height. For example, an 90×60" backdrop is 90 inches wide (horizontal) and 60 inches tall (vertical), and a 10×8' floor is 10 feet wide and 8 feet tall.
The main image displayed is a low-resolution representation showing how the backdrop will appear in a 60×60" or 8×8' crop.

The SwiftFrame Cake Smash System is designed for Wrinkle-Free Fabric backdrops (80×60") with a silicone edge, providing a smooth, taut, and professional finish for cake smash and portrait photography. The frame is made of high-quality powder-coated aluminum for durability and stability.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Printed Backdrops are custom made and take 7 days to process. FlexFrame and SwiftFrame Cake Smash Systems require about 2 weeks due to production time, so please allow extra time. 
Shipping is via USPS, UPS, FedEx Ground, or DHL, with standard delivery in 20–25 days and expedited delivery in 10–15 days, depending on the option selected at checkout. 
Please note that shipping delays are beyond our control.

Processing or Shipping Delays

If your order is delayed during processing or shipping, please contact us at service@layoris.com
For delays caused by controllable factors, we will promptly arrange processing and shipment. For delays due to holidays, natural disasters, government regulations, or other uncontrollable circumstances, we can only wait, but your order will eventually be delivered.
If you have questions about processing or shipping times, please contact us before placing your order, as orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
International Orders: International shipments can experience delays. Because such delays are common and packages are usually rerouted and delivered, we require 90 days from the shipping date before we can replace or refund any missing international orders.

Expediting Orders:

We offer expedited printing services for an additional fee of $10–$50, depending on the order size and required delivery time. Expedited orders are processed within 2 business days from the time the expedited request is submitted.
Please note that FlexFrame System and SwiftFrame Cake Smash System orders cannot be expedited, as their production requires 2–3 weeks.
Before placing an order, please email us at service@layoris.com to confirm whether we can accommodate your expedited request.
Since all of our products are custom made to order, not all expedited requests can be fulfilled. Additional fees may apply, and we are unable to control shipping delays.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you may choose either a replacement or a refund. For replacements, we will provide the same design, size, and material once proof of the issue is received, and photos must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Refunds may also be offered depending on the specific circumstances, and whether a full refund is issued is case-dependent. Please contact us at service@layoris.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or refund.

I only received part of my order, do my items ship separately?

Orders containing different materials will be shipped separately. For orders with the same material but multiple sizes, separate shipments may be determined based on quantity. If any special circumstances apply, we will notify you via email. Please rest assured that all items in your order will be delivered.

Do You Accept Custom Orders?

Yes, we accept custom orders. For backdrops, customers need to provide high-resolution images for printing. Both the FlexFrame System and SwiftFrame Cake Smash System can also be customized to your desired dimensions. To request a quote or discuss a custom order, please contact our customer service team at service@layoris.com. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity and size of the customization.

All of our backdrop images are copyrighted under Layoris Inc. They may not be duplicated, used in digital backdrops, used to make designs, reprinted, or copied in any form without written consent from Layoris Inc. If you decide to do so, legal action will be taken.
