Flexible, durable, and cost-effective, our Essential Stretch Fabric combines elasticity with a clean, smooth finish. Designed for quick setup and easy handling, it can be clamped, taped, or pinned up in minutes. Its stretch quality provides a snug, professional look that adapts beautifully to various setups. Perfect for everyday use, traveling photographers, or anyone seeking a versatile and affordable backdrop solution. Compatible with our Silicone Edge Frame Systems.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Both Wrinkle-Free Fabric and Essential Stretch Fabric backdrops are machine washable. Use cold water and dry on low heat. They fold easily for compact storage and transport.
SEG Backdrops are also machine washable; however, avoid detergent pods. Use only clear liquid detergent to prevent staining. Their size and weight can cause pod detergents or colored soaps to leave marks during the wash cycle.
To refresh your backdrop before hanging, use a steamer or place it in the dryer with a damp washcloth for about 10 minutes on low heat to release any creases.

SHIPPING

Each backdrop is custom-made based on your selected design, size, and material combination. Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 weeks via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, allowing time for production, printing, cutting, packaging, and dispatch.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

If your order arrives with defects, damage, or other issues, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it. If you wish to exchange for a larger size of the same design and your original fabric backdrop remains unused, we can accommodate the exchange. However, since each backdrop is made to order, we do not accept standard exchanges or refunds.
